Man, that M3 rear lip is sick. What rim on the S2000 has the biggest rear lip?

Haven't seen 'em in person - but I think it's the Antera 309.

Abso-damn-lutely...

Couldn't agree more. But because of the clearance issues (don't want to roll my fenders), I'm probably going to go for the S2R's. Those SSR's look hella nice though.

lig, your car looks GOOD! Well done.

Thanks! The unfortunate thing is that they are heavy. 24.7lbs for the 18x9.5 (I think) Since these are my street rims - I'm not overly concerned about the weight.

Beautiful rims, but I honestly think they are getting very played out. They are just getting too common. I think everyone who realized their TE37s or Racing Hart C5s were extremely played sold them and got these.

But that doesn't make the wheel any less gorgeous.

Hey Sleepy -

Thanks! Be sure and post pics of those Meisters! You're right about the offsets... much better on the Work wheels.

Hey Sean - they'd look really good on Suzuka! Camping next week. S2000 sits in the garage.

JoeD - dude - I'm in Seattle. We're late on most everything regarding fashion. I've seen 1 car in the last 9 months with GT3s. I'm sure in Cali it's a different story - particularly with the E46 crowd.

I just bought the wheels with the biggest lip Antera 309's! If there is a rim with a bigger lip, thats amazing!

Got to check out lig's car in person. Looks good, but you can definitely feel the weight and for those of you who say these don't rub, y'all drive like pu$$ies!

And I really don't understand those who say this rim and that setup is "played out."

I'm in Seattle and an overwhelming majority of the S2000s I see are pretty damn stock.

And in a place like Cali, you can pretty much say the GT3s are played out... HREs are played out... the S2000 itself is played out... Cristal is played out... modding a car is played out... the only thing immune to being played out are beer commercials and beautiful women who just got it goin' on... but what's really truly played out are those who holler "played out". Pls. Especially on car parts. Who f'ing cares?

Us car fans are still very niche... especially import fans and I'm not even one of them, but I drive one so who the heck knows what's going on with me.

It's a big world out there, fellas. Keep on chuggin'.
