The plastic window isn't that big of a deal. You just have to take extra care with it. Mine's still clear, at 36K and much top-down time. Just use a window protector. Hard to clean, but that's about it.

Here's what I did with mine. Me likey! Since this pic, I've added the two-tone shift boot and the Voodoo knob. I'll post an updated pic tomorrow.

I got a question. Do you GP owners notice the light scratches in the clearcoat? How about swirl marks? I am thinking of repainting my car one day and red is a bit#$%^ch to maintain. I Zaino, buff with a PC and am careful about non-cotton towels etc...

I was wondering whether white was easier to maintain.

In my opinion, white is the color that shows the least swirl marks and dust, period. The color highlights the door hinge lube run-offs and stubborn contamination more though.

I dont think any color is perfect to maintain. I have a couple clear coat scratches and they collect dirt and look dark. Its also hard to keep looking clean ......bugs and behind the wheel wells and back bumper seems to collect all kinds of dirt.....silver is probably the best color to keep clean.
