Atomic Performance in Irvine, CA has developed a custom turbo kit for Kevin Laxer's S2000.

Taken from the article:
"Dr. Charles outfitted Kevin's S2000 with an Atomic Performance custom turbo kit. This kit consists of a Kiwi fabrication stainless steel manifold, 3 inch stainless steel downpipe, Tial wastegate, Bosch fuel pump, Garrett T3 housing/ T04E compressor wheel turbo, custom Atomic Performance 2 and a half inch aluminum turbo piping, Blitz front mount intercooler, Biltz SUS power intake and a Blitz super sound blowoff valve. "

I called Atomic Performance for more information on the kit. They said that they are waiting for an ECU to be shipped from Japan before putting the car on the Dyno. They are expecting mid-400HP. They said in about 2-3 weeks they will have all the information on their website www.AtomicPerformance.com. The kit will be mass produced for about $7500 including the ECU.

What do you guys think?

Wow...I called them a month or so with the same inquiry and they told me mid-spring was when they anticipated getting the Dyno. Glad to hear they are ahead of schedule. I cant wait to hear the dyno numbers, especially for the low-end.

Ouch! A little pricey! What kind of boost to get 400hp?

You guys should have heard an engine revving in the background while I was talking to them, had the door shut and still had to scream for me to hear them. These guys are no joke. They fit a 2.2-liter Prelude Vtec in the L'Natural CRX, something people said couldn't be done. Can't wait until more information is released.
