GPW03, GRUNTS2K: The difference in power is (on average between different vehicles) 4 hp. HOWEVER, there really is not much benefit from comparing 2 different PEAK HORSEPOWER numbers, since you are barely in the upper extremes of your RPM band. When people tell you their horsepower numbers, you need to look at the "big" picture and check out their dyno sheets.
The real difference in 60mm and 70mm is driveability and throttle repsonse.
60mm is for the driver that will drive mainly on the street, and is looking for low-rpm throttle response. Torque is already limited in the S2000, and using a large diameter exhaust will cause the vehicle to have even less torque in the lower-rpm band. The exhaust note is also more "civilized"
70mm is for the driver that will be driving the car aggressively and/or be used on the track. The 70mm allows greater torque in the mid-high rpm band. But the best benefit that ASM has experienced is that the VTEC engagement is alot smoother. With this exhaust (and a little bit of tuning), you will be able to clear corners with the throttle on, without having to worry about the VTEC engaging (which normally would cause an increase in torque applied to the wheels and disrupt the balance of the vehicle). ASM Japan recommends this size to most of their customers because of the exhaust note, and they will love pushing/driving their S2000 even more with this exhaust.
So the answer to which is better depends on your driving style. Personally I would go 70mm.

What ecu is ASM using with the Toda engine? I know the Tracy Sports 2.4 motor uses a Motec, but I have never read anything about the ASM motor's brains.
