Apex VTEC AFC or Replacement ECU?

I believe that the Amuse company in Japan has made a hot ECU for the S2000. They also made a single exit cat-back titanium exhaust that supposedly adds 9 hp. I read about all this on ZigZag Asia.

The only computer available for US Spec cars is the Mugen (+/- $1,500).
The AFC will allow you to change your fuel and VTEC point. Very useful tool and not too expensive (+/- $400). The AFC also requires Dyno time in order to properly being setup.
But the Mugen computer is a more complete solution also changing ignition timing and defeating some of the sensor imput that causes horsepower drop on the stock ECU.
