A rear fog light is either placed in the middle of the rear bumper (like the Mini Cooper) or on the side the driver sits on. So if the car is LHD EDM, it will be on the left, and RHD JDM will be on the right.

You have to order the rear tail light from a European Honda parts dealer. Last time I checked it's pretty expensive, somewhere around $300-400 for just the left tail that has the rear fog lens.
