Probably due to some abuse.. Mine has 119k miles and 240+ psi across all 4 cylinders.. Just make sure you never give it more than a 1/4 throttle untill its warmed up fully and you keep up with the maintenance next time. Check all the retainers too before you drop in the next one if you decide to go with an f20.

Not saying you're abuse, but maybe the neglect and abuse from the previous owner.. Or are you the original owner on your S? Cuz if you are then, yea, you're abuse..lol

ya im not the original owner bought it with 106k but other than that the car is a beauty
