Anyone used langka to remove scratches?
Hey guys. Last night the horrible happened- a got two long scratches down the side of my passenger side door- don't know how it happened, but it did. I'm not sure exactly how deep they are, they're not too wide.
Anyways, after reading all of the archives, it seems like the best way to go is either langka or 3m scratch remover- have any of you guys used langka to remove scratches? Are the scratches still noticeable after doing it? How well does 3m cleaner work on medium depth scratches?
In any case, thanks for the help!

SlickS2k,
Sorry to hear about your damage. I have used Langka to cut the touch-up paint flush after repairing chips in my paint and it works well if you follow the instructions exactly.
For scratches, if they are not too deep (i.e. the primer is not showing, or worse), you may be able to buff them out and follow-up with a good coat of wax or Zaino. If the scratches are deep, I recommend that you find an excellent body shop with a very good paint guy.
Good luck and HTH!
