Likely to use Lubrication Engineers 8130 or Amsoil/RedLine 10w30.

The LE 8130 is a 10w30 synblend, and I am analyzing it now as my reference engine oil.

the search function is workin good today.
FYI at the moment, road rage uses/recommends Havoline GF4 conventional oil. It actually is on par or even better than many synthetic oils when it comes to protection level. (granted it's drain interval will not be as high as a good synthetic)

I've also used Castrol Synthetic, and it's fine. All of the Honda dealers I've personally been to offer Castrol Synthetic, and a few offer Redline (at a cost of per bottle).
