to anyone with this combo...
Can you install intake and close hood??

I keep eye balling my underside of hood, and my intake(not installed yet, just kinda laying it in)

The stock airbox air horn, HITS the most forward vent, and it seems the mugen Intake will be Higher than the stock airhorn. I know you have to cut the hood, but im not taking about that area, it would be the area behind intake

please let me know

no it will not fit, you will need to cut the underside of the TS hoot to allow it to fit.

I know you have to cut the underside of any hood except mugen, etc. with hump


to cut the area Im worried about IS the underside of top of hood..3/8 inch thick
the area IS the sloped section of right vent cloest to front of car
