Default Anyone remove windshield washer nozels?

Has anyone done this? What could plug the holes? I assume hood pins on OEM hood would look like rice. Also, if this feature is removed, would that free up the stalk fuction for something like opening garage door?

I could not handle the 50+ rwhp those would add!

I would prefer nothing there at all for a clean look, but that would prove to be too difficult. I was just wondering if anyone had done something creative, aside from those lovely lights you see on the teenagers Civics.
