it's much safer to go fast on the track than going at it in canyon, hwy or on street.

it's rewarding for my to bring her to the track just to know how well(or most of the time bad) she response to modification and suspension bits. you have a the best suspension on the street but if you can't drive it 10/10th, you probably have no idea how to dial it in right(without taking it to the track)

another thing is this: you will be a better driver with more track experience, theres actually program for teens and new driver in autoX course for street survival driving.

sad thing is, even in the world of sport bike, only 5-10% of buyer will track their race replica bike.

I plan on taking my car to the track as much as possible when I have the funds. Ill just tell myself its a Honda and its made for it

I wish there are tracks in my area that are affordable (HPDE-like events run for USD 2000+ here per day) and much less of a hassle (have to arrange shipping the car, etc).

But the time and cost for a track day is way too much

US is perfect for this. 300 to 400 bucks would get you in, and tracks are much more accessible.

Anyway, for 300 to 400 bucks? I'm willing to go every 3 weeks or so. 10 events will only run for 3 to 4K before cost of maintenance. Not bad at all ...
