Default Anyone need a CarFax?

Since I did some checking for the "Too good to be true?" thread, I figured I'd make the offer to other board members who might need the service.

Post the VIN you need and I'll post the results. I'll try and check this every 24-48 hours or so.

My wife got into an accident a few years back with about $6k damaged to the car. We took it to a local small shop to get it repair so I am curious if it in the car fax report. Can u run this for me ? You can PM me the result. Thanks. JHLRD2848YC013526

Thanks.... to my surprise.. the Carfax DOES NOT have record of my my wife accident. So for all u guys planning buying a car. Don't trust Carfax completely. Make sure to have your own mechanic to check it out. I've heard that car fax is not always correct and this confirm it.

one of our locals put his old S in the woods - $23,000.00 worth of damage and it never was listed on car fax
