This does occasionally happen. Rick Hesel and his partner are not full time business men, they do have lives outside of S2k, which unfortunately means that there will be times when things like this happen. You just have to remember that Rick makes this stuff for us, so stick with it, keep trying to get in contact with him and eventually you will get your stuff.

 

Well, I do not know Rick personally but htey have been in business for a while and I hade the same kind of service when I ordered my badges. I did get them but it took a bit. I was 100% satisfied though once I got them and would order again. Try e-mailing Rick's place if you are having a hard time getting through. That's mostly who I talked to when getting my order done.
