Are you looking to buy a car? Why are you stating 1999-2006?
Anyways here are the specs, use the dimensions of headroom and stuff to help figure it out.

Are you talking, take the hood off an s2000 and transport it inside a Mercedes s-class? I wouldn't even risk damaging the leather or bending the hood, don't have any friends with a pickup?

I always see similar titled threads.
Why don't you just put the whole question in the title so people will know what you are asking and can click it if they know??

Have you thought about just renting a pickup truck? your can rent them from uHaul, lowes, home depot...not too pricey and you wont have to worry about messing up the hood or the MB.
Lowes and Home Depot rent them by the hour so it should be cheaper than uHaul. Just a thought.
