Default Anyone Change the OEM HID with aftermarkets?

Has anyone installed different HID bulbs other than the OEM? Just curious if they would look different. MBAutosports out of California says you can and they can look better! Does anyone have any input on this for me?

you can change the look of the lights (color) by changing the 4300k bulbs to something like 6000k you will make them more colorful but the light uutput will decrease. 4300k is the color of sunlight anything more is gas/chemically induced and will start to hit parts of the light spectrum that aren't visible.

So no, they aren't lying, but they are selling you a kit that will perform worse than OEM.

The S2000 has hands down the best HID's of any car.
You know when an S2000 is coming at you.
To each his or her own.

the stock HID bulbs turn white over time and loose it's bluish color when on over a period of time. Upgrading to 6k will only change the color but theoretically you'll loose visibility. how much will you lose ? not enough that the naked eye can measure in return you get a constant blueish light. Kinda ricey to change the bulbs when the stock bulbs are perfectly fine.
