Default Anybody order anything from GP sport lately?

Just wondering if anybody has ordered any GP sport items as of late? I have been waiting for my exhaust for 6 months!! The company that I ordered from says that they havnt recieved anything from GP sport for 3 months and they dont know whats going on with them. Anybody have any clue or any news on whats going on with GP sport? I am tired of waiting for my simple single exhaust.

ask for your money back, plain and simple. If a delivery timeframe was missed you have the right to do so imo.

BP said I can not get a refund on a item since it has been ordered.

Yeah he said I can only trade in for somthing that is instock. I dont have the funds to trade up with anything in stock that he has so I have to wait out another 2-3 months or so.

I already bought another exhaust since the wait was WAYYY too long.

I saw that you were trying to sell the exhaust, maybe you can sell the credit to someone who is going to buy something from BP? It's worth the shot.

When you originally approached Bullet Proof did they give you a time quote along with the price quote? A time quote on Japanese parts didn't have to be an exact date, but a range. If he said 1-2 months from the day you ordered it and it is now over 3 months, then I think you're perfectly justified in getting your money back - it is called customer service......you know - trying to take care of people so they have good things to say about you and all. We can all understand if GP Sports is behind schedule, but you've gone out and already bought another exhaust because the wait was much longer than anticipated and the retail store should be the one to take the hit.

a very similar thing happened to me using BP. i ordered a backyard special lip and i was told 6- 12 weeks. well after 16 weeks i was pissed, i kept calling and getting blown off then i was told i couldnt get my money because it wasnt policy.... then one day it showed up at my house. i was happy for a minute thinking that they felt bad and just shipped it to my door at no cost to make up for the inconvenience but later that day i fugured out they took the money right from my bank account. using my card number which i used to order it. i feel it was wrong of them to do that, i mean i was going to pay for shipping but i should have been told of what the quote was before they went ahead and did it.
all in all i got my product but it was on their terms and they didnt come through on any claims they made(which was the reason i ordered in the first place) not to mention their customer service sucked. i did get the lip but i would be reluctant to belive anything they say in the future.

just my 2 cents
