For those of you that have over 40K, how's the clutch holding up?

 

Well.... it is starting to slip at 53K miles and I already had the TSB for the decel buzz done about 30K miles ago.

 

I have 36,000 and I have had no problems so far. Thinking that my extended warranty was not worth the bother. But I had a civic that messed up around 60,000 miles and needed $2,500 in repair. So I learned from my previous mistake and bougth the warranty. Only time will tell.

 

I have 02 with 17,9xx miles

No problems with the clutch or tranny. No grind no decel buzz

 

My S2k was purchased in Dec of 99.

It has been discussed here b4 that the 02's are not covered in the the TSB for the decel because they have an "pgraded clutch" system from the 00's and some of the 01's.

So 02's shouldn't have the decel buzz issue.

 

just broken in with 950 miles. i've been busy getting mods in so i haven't been driving it very often. almost 100,000 miles

 

23K in 9 months. Car has been running fine. I figure it will for some time to, as for my cluth feels just fine but I drive gently on take off.

 

6200 in 2 years. I need to get out more!
