Default Any MY06 owners feel bogging at lower RPMs?

I have noticed, since owning the S brand new as an 06 model, I felt a little bogging when opening the throttle past 1/2 way. Now at over 6k miles, I begin to notice it more and more.. especially at 2k-4k. Is this how all S2k's are when you drive them a little harder at lower RPM's OR is it only the 06 since it is DBW?

Does it sound like all 06's need something like this:

???

Thank you for any info.

Dun't believe everything you see on T.V.

Our motor's dun't have a lot of torque down low. In mild climate's, if driven properly, it won't bog. If I'm at a low rpm, say in between 2-4k, I dun't give a lot of throttle until my engine builds a lil momentum. This is especially true in 2nd gear or higher, or going uphill, or simply putting along in traffic in 2nd, 3rd, 4th or higher gear at low engine speed. In this type of scenario, if you apply too much throttle, of course it's going to bog. This isn't a 455 CI Old's

As far as regulating voltage, our car already has a voltage regulator. Mine works just fine above idle.

*edit*

If I'm in between 2,500 - 3,500 plus rev's, I can mash the throttle all the way with no bogging, knocking or pinging.

I notice your in Los Angeles. LA is hot in the Summer, and there is a hell of a lot of traffic. This is a bad combo for the Honda S2000. Sitting, putting around in traffic will cause what is called "heat bog" Accelerating from a standstill over, and over, and over is hard on the equipment, especially if you give too much throttle and let off the clutch too soon.

No grounding kit, or voltage stabilizer is going to help this. A CAI will help. The only prob with a CAI, is parking your car in a down pour, the bottom tube fill's with water, you start the car, then hydrolock

Do a search on CAI

Ok I see now, so it is normal. I am running the K&N FIPK right now which is ok. The PRM looks really nice.. But having the 06 with DBW kind of limits you!

Dont know which CAI will be compatible to my 06.

Thanks for all the help.
