Any dealers allow test drives?

if you can't find a salesperson that is willing to test drive the car, then they don't really want to sell it to you. i recommend you go to another dealership. but here's a tip: show them you're serious about buying the car, and they'll be serious about selling it to you... good luck!

I was originally looking at the new Corvette (no flames please, I didn't buy one). My wife and I walked in the dealer walked up to the one in the showroom, waited 15 min and not a single person asked if they could help me. They just looked at me and kept going. Needless to say I left and will never return! I guess I didn't fit the mold or something. But it was thier loss, there are many dealers and sales managers, find one that will treat you well.
I bought a stook 2 days after the corvette episode happened. I like it much better!
The Honda dealer let me take a used stook for a ride first. I went with a sales guy to start, then he said to my wife and I come back when your ready. I then told him I wanted the 01' instead of the used 00'. Test drove the new one and signed the deal.
