Not a bad settlement.

Do you have your license now? If not, I'd say wait it out and invest that money till you get your license back and at least benefit from the growth of it, while not dealing with the depreciation of another car sitting around that you can't drive.

Your S caught fire within 30 days of owing it (and how did that happen) and now your brother just totalled it (after totalling a Sentra a while back)?

If it was up to me, your family would never get insured again.

It caught on fire because the dealer did not correctly install the oil filter. Stop posting.

that's kind of harsh but he did say it was the dealer's fault...so how many S did you go through? Since one got on fire and now this crashed one? So im guessing they are paying you since they took estimate of 19k?
