I always place my orders through the phone and so far I've had good experiences with Jeff.

This is a fact of life today and not just on internet message boards. Instant gratification is the name of the game and watch out if you can't deliver.

We've been on the receiving end of this treatment before; all you can do is solve the problem. It always makes it more difficult though if the customer has a shitty attitude when you're trying to help.
