Amuse R1000 dyno
Well, I must say that the dyno surprised me today. Since installing the Toda header & Amuse R1000 combo, the car has felt significantly stronger from 4500RPM all the way to redline. However, the dyno seems to disagree with my assesment. The dyno seems to indicate that the only place I gained any noteworthy power was between 6-7K RPMs, and a bit above 8300.
Anyway, here's the dyno, for what it's worth:
I also re-tuned the VAFC. I didn't spend a lot of time on it, I just wanted to lean out the top-end a bit, mostly. I got good returns from lowering the VTEC crossover point, too. Here is the result of the tuning:
So, I'm bothered now by the fact that I have spent another 3 grand or more in add-on parts, and according to the dyno I'm just now back to making the same amount of power as I was making before my original set of camshafts grenaded on me. My biggest fear is that the little bits of broken camshaft may have made their way into the engine and done some damage. I'm guessing it's time to do a compression test to find out. I have to say that I'm definitely not looking forward to a re-build or a new motor.

original cam specs notwithstanding, I'd say you did well with an increase from 204 to 212 with a header/exhaust combo (with VAFC tuning). You smoothed out the curve perfectly too.

That's a nice power curve genrby and the VAFC adjustments did well for the AF ratios.

I'm not criticizing MXT's tuning. It is hard to get a perfect tune with a V-AFC. I just think there is more to be gained by flattening out the fuel curve more. MXT's AFRs are still ranging a full point (13-14).
