I met my lady in the S and she drives it sporadically. it's insured so i don't worry to much, plus she doesn't run it into the ground like i do.

Letting a beautiful woman drive your S - not stupid. It's been my experience that women want to drive it because "it's so cute!," not because it can rocket down the road like a race car. I've let a couple people of the female persuasion drive mine and they never even come close to 6000RPMs. They're too busy looking good in a good looking car!

Hope you understand you let her drive your pride and joy because you really like her. I say go for more dates as soon as possible (if phone conversations are in great lengths), other wise, continue having fun with others. Women are very smart and she was testing the water to see if you will allow her to drive one of your most prized possessions.

Pros; She feels you are nice and responsive to her requests. You impressed her if she was really shocked once you jumped out the driver's seat.

Cons; If she is controlling, she may think she can get her way with you. The other thing to consider is that she takes you niceness as a weakness and will run over you.

Good luck be proceed with caution. Take it one step at a time. I wouldn't let her drive my car no matter how much I like her unless we are committed. The car can be dangerous to someone who can handle Vtec!!!
