is it hurting the car? possibly over time it might give sooner than if you drove like a grandma.
personally, i don't see the need to shift like a crazed lunatic. i do wind up the car ever now and then. shift normal, let the rpm's drop naturally to where they would be in the next gear, clutch out smoothly and step on it again. if you're just driving spiritedly, why shift so hard you risk grinding, burning your clutch a bit, chirping/spinning tire, and/or possibly putting unnecessary strain on your diff.
but it's your car. drive it however you want. i'm still on the original clutch at 128,000 miles. and i do drive it hard every once in awhile.

I cannot chirp the CR, it just bites and goes. I have even tried to make it slip as I am going to autox it, so I wanted to see if I could get an autocross start and chirp the tires (thus losing time and accelearation) but my CR on the stock tires and stock tire pressues just grabs and goes forward on dry surfaces, haven't tried it in the wet yet though.

Your chirping cause of crappy tires. A good summer tire when warm should not be able to chirp. With my tires which are also cheap but pretty good being sc'd I don't even chirp 2nd gear with a hard shift. Just grabs right away.
