1) Quality of fitment. I've done aftermarket trim kits in 3 cars and I need to stop repeating this mistake. I don't care who the company is, they're all made the same. They never fit perfect.

2) Too "thick" - you can tell (on most pieces) that they just stick on. Looks kind of ghetto really

3) If you want to remove them, you really can't. If you do, the primer you used will show up on plastic. Not a pretty sight. Requires replacement of any part.

If they aren't total replacements, any stick on trim kit is tacky in my opinion. You will see the edges where the pieces stop and the OEM ones continue.

If you want a new look, you should paint the oem pieces like one member did, I don't have a pic but it was in a recent thread.

There are some JDM Modulo full replacement pieces but the are only for RHD. The only piece that fits is the shifter cover area.
