Default Alignment specs.

hey guys,
Well I finally put my suspension on, and its been about a week and I think they've settled nicely and its time for an alignment I love the way it handles but I know after an alignment corners will be much more fun. But my question is what alignment specs. should I go with? Stock? I want a little more camber than stock so i dont know Im trying to stay away from the stock one and trying to go more aggresive with really fast tire wear. I hear a lot of people talking about how they have their car aligned to UK specifications, or a little more aggresivly. What exactly are the specs for the UK cause I think I may go with that. If you guys could post it or any other alignment spec, please and ill print it out and take it to the alignment tech. Again thank you.
Very much appreciated

-Chris

Caster has no effect on a wheel that doesn't steer.

What's the difference in handiling for the specifications between USDM & UK alignments?

Dylan, you have the UK alignment (or a little more aggresive i think) how fast are your tires wearing? Is it much faster than normal and are you using S-02's?

i'm on S02's and i'm a little more agressive then the UK settings in the rear.... i'm at like -2.3 camber i believe... don't remember exactly. it's been a while... they are pretty much completely bald right now... 20k miles... (which is really good)... mostly normal daily driving, stop and go... you know how the traffic is here...... and one day at the drag strip (about 10 runs).... 1 auto-x... and a few hard spirited backroad/mountain drives....

I'm about to replace my first set of rear S02's since getting the UK alignment, so I thought I'd resurrect this thread.

I got 17K miles out of my first set using the factory US alignment specs. That has dropped to 8K miles with the UK alignment. I'm not quite down to the wear bars, so I might have been able to squeeze another 1K out of them.

Quick Reply: Alignment specs.
