Default alignment and mpg

does having a uk alignment reduce mpg compared to oem settings?

why not? the neg camber in the back seems like it would mess with something.

Camber has nothing to do with it. Toe does, in theory. But the UK alignment is within the factory specs anyway, just on the extreme edge in a couple places.
