not too much of a difference with the eyelids, they are all the same in size and they cover a little potion of the headlights.
The Gears ones are a little bit smaller than the Airwalker and C-West not by much but a little.

Has anyone ever painted eyelids on the headlights? By this I mean painting the light housings themselves. I have been wondering how it would look. I have always loved the eyelids look but up close they look "stuck on" which they are. With them painted on I would think they will look good both ways.

The best way is to buy fiberglass eyelids, paint them and stick them on. Very easy to take off when you do not wish for them to be there or when you sell the car.
As for painting the headlights no way as if the paint gets scratched or you have to replace a headlight or what not.
Only way to mold eyelids onto the car is to attatch them to your fenders and i do no think this will be a wise idea, same reason above what if you need to replace a bulb or take out a headlight to clear them out or all the other what if's. I have the Gears eyelids painted and I have always had them since early 2000.

Airwalker and Cwest ones look very identical, maybe they are made by the same company(?)
I personally dont like the eyelids on the S2000, it makes the car look "sleepy"
