it's hard to tell from your pictures, but it doesn't look like there's any damage to your tires. it seems pretty obvious who did it when the scrapes on the rim go all the way to the edge of the lip, but nothing on the tire.
p.s. by the way, i'm not sure if i've ever introduced myself here...i'm not an s2k owner (yet), but hope to be soon. i just need to sell my damn car...

Just did oil change and bled brakes when i painted calibers since i took them off. So valve adjustment, tranny&diff change.
I was really surprized they are giving me a new wheel. Cause if he said he wasn't going to doing anything, i def not the type of person to say much back to that.

FWIW....I seme to have one wheel where the clearcoat is slowly peeling/chipping off. No idea why but each week it looks a little worse. Its not major yet so I'm not sure what I am going to do about it. My ride has never seen a service department so I am inclined to think its bad clearcoat. Why aluminum wheels need clearcoat is beyond me but thats a rant for another day.

a member on the west coast went through the same thing, but them damgaed all 4of his wheels during and alignment!! the dealer only agrred to replace two, when the tech acknowledge it was teh dealers machinese that did the damage
