30 here! Dont worry about the age, if your 50 you may remember when MGs were the foriegn car that handled better than everything else. Maybe thats a little before your time, but the point is the s2000 is an incredible drivers car that out performs and handles many almost everything in its price range. Don't let your age steer you away, its too much fun to ignore. Just be realistic because there is not much room in this car and you probably wont be happy with it as your daily driver. (even though many are).

Hey buddy, we old geezers have more fun over in Vintage than the young whippersnappers elsewhere so come on down (or is that over?).
Ditto...

49, huh? Well, one of the benefits of the newer Ss is that there's room for your denture cup in the console I got mine a little over a year ago, when I was 44. I love it as a daily driver and an autocrosser. Definitely come over to Vintage and check us out. We're a lot more patient with people who are NEW TO THE SITE AND DON'T KNOW ABOUT THE FREAKING CUMBERSOME SEARCH FUNCTION! Or maybe it's because we don't realize that were re-cussing a subject ..... I forget

Well, I'm 55 ( Double-Nickels) Had my "S" for 2 years now! Seem to love this car more and more as time goes by! Absolutley a "Blast" to drive and "Awesome" people, regardless of age. Going to "TheDragon" next month, for the third time, just to have a "Ball" with these "Great" folks, tell some good tales, and drive like a "Kid" again! It's a wonderful group of people on this board, and we "ALL" have "ONE" thing in common!!!!

turned 23 three weeks ago...i just got my S last weekend. but i can't really drive it around yet since i have to get it registered and everything. hurry up bank! send me my forms!

about dealerships not taking me seriously...the first one i went to was happy to let me drive it around, but they totally lied to me on the price on the phone, and i wasn't about to pay and extra $1k cuz of that. another one i went to didn't take me seriously at all; said i couldn't test drive it until i got financial info taken care of first. so...they expect me to buy it w/o driving it first? and then i can "test drive" it after i buy it? idiots.
