I got this email from a guy at Robbins concerning the glass...
(btw... I ordered mine yesterday. should have it in a week.)

[QUOTE]Re. Honda S2000 topping sealed to exterior of glass

It is not uncommon for convertible tops to overlap the glass on the exterior, nor does it

cause problems of any kind. This type of overlap has been used on many OE convertibles

over the years. Here

Now that I am looking at them side by side I hope your picture is a bit washed out intrpeid, because that top is not nearly as dark as the one in the other picture i found.
Can someone comment on this?

Just FYI, if you'll scroll to the bottom of the screen, you'll find three links centered on a line just below the "Add Reply," "New Topic" and "New Pole" links. The far left one is "subscribe to this topic."

You can do it either way of course but clicking the link is a little faster. I was here a long time before I noticed that little detail. Just thought I'd point it out!

Well, it took me the better part of two days to put the new top on but it is done.

Here is a few pics, I will take better ones another day when it isn't dark out.

The flas made the top look washed out, but it is really dark. I will be ordering the wiring for the defroster from hardtop guy. The glass with the defroster they put in the top is the same glass that comes on the 02 and up tops.
