After 4+ years, should I change all the fluids?
It's about time for my annual oil change. My 2000 S2000 has less than 17,000 miles on it (I've only had one year when I put more than 5000 miles on it in a year). I generally go to the Honda dealer to get the oil changed every year in the spring. Should I have any of the other fluids changed, like transmission oil, differential, coolant and so on?
Before I get flamed for not driving the car enough, it's not a daily driver, I only have a two mile "commute", I spend weekends riding my Ducati, and I really need to take the car out more. I'm hoping to put a few thousand miles on it in May. Still, I want to keep the car in perfect condition and plan to own it for a few more decades. Any informed opinions on this matter would be appreciated.

I wouldn't do coolant, but I would do Diff, Brake and Tranny. In fact I would have done the Diff about 7-10k mi ago.
I see you are in CA so I don't think this is a concern, but if you store the car for a long period the common wisdom is to change the oil before storage. So if you are storing it over the winter and taking the car out in the spring and THEN having the oil changed you might want to change your interval to the fall.

I agree, changing your coolant every year IF your car is a street car is not necessary. Making sure the level is correct IS however necessary. Mine was low the other day I checked it
