AEM CAI Install?
Thinking about getting a used V1 - how hard is the install? I remember on my prelude it was a royal pain with cutting and removing parts etc... Any better on the S?

I just had the same CAI installed in my s2k a couple of weeks ago. I attempted to do it myself, but after about 20 mins, and realizing I had to cut, I said F*** it, and took it to a shop. They only charged me 25 bones!!!! Every other shop was quoting at least a bill.
If you do a search on the site, there are some installation instructions posted. You can decide for yourself if it's worth the dough...
good luck!

Easy peezy lemon squeezie. Do it yourself, you'll get much more satisfaction. Plus, you won't have to worry about some ham fisted 19 year old denting your fenders or "test driving" your car. Seriously, its easy enough.
I don't know if Macguyver's instructions tell you to drain the coolant or not (AEM's do), but you don't have to. Just have some shop towels at the ready. There's not a lot of coolant that wil come out. You also don't have to remove the front bumper. Just remove the front passenger tire to give you a little room.
Always use a jack stand and always chock your wheels and you'll be fine.
