Your headlights should look like this when they are properly adjusted:

Purchase a Factory Owner's Manual, it has detailed instructions on how to do it.

A long phillips screwdriver is all you need. Look under the hood, there is a gearing mechanism . How about lowering the right headlight a bit. The lights will be even and no one will be blinded.
