Here in Florida, premium gas is 93 octane. I don't think using 94 would make a difference you could feel here.

I use Sunoco Ultra 94, but I think it's overkill. As for additives, well, my expectation is that whatever good stuff should be in a gas would be in Sunoco's Ultra. Can't complain.

I believe Ultra 94 is being phased out though, very soon, on the US east coast. They're introducing an Ultra 93, which I assume will have all the appropriate detergents.

If you guys are interested, check Sunoco's web site.

Hey Razor,

What's the price difference for a fill up? If not too much, why not try it for couple of fill ups (avg 3-5) and see if mpg increases. May be worth it, may be not...

I would do it, but I don't know too many Sunocos around me where it's easily accessible.

And who's the girl on your Avatar? I really like it! She's cute. Is that your girlfriend? I'll try to put a pic of my girl as my avatar after she comes back from the holiday break, she ain't cute as your Avatar girl, but she's cute enough for me.

No more Sunoco 94 in this part of NY since around halloween. Most premium gas around here is 93.
