I also just bought my S two weeks ago, and it had 44K miles and no Owners manual.
Anyways, @ 45K miles, I did the following.
Changed the oil, tranny fuild and diff fluid.
Checked the Filters (air intake and cabin)
Checked the brake and clutch fluid. (brake fluid ok & clean; clutch fluid still need to be changed)
Changing the coolent (havent done it yet), even though looked clean

Evo kid and Gatsbee13... do you know about "the secret compartment" just above the glove compartment in between the seats? When the glove compartment is opened, you can lift up on the top plastic piece of the glove compartment.

It may pay off to have somebody or yourself pull the valvecover and take a look at the retainers. I just took my car to Billman250 for his "once over " service. In this service a valve adjustment is included. We didnt expect to find any damage but all the retainers were cracked on the intake valves. I've never over-revved the car so it was from the previous owner. The post is still up in the ny metro forum with some good pictures too.
