4.77 gears...
I don't plan on doing much to my S2k when I get it, but I would definitely like to do gears. It's between the 4.56 and the 4.77.. but it just seems to me that the 4.77 would be too short. I have no experience with them so I don't know first hand.
What sort of RPM are you at on the highway around 70mph?
Is the car THAT much quicker with the 4.77's than the 4.56's to make it worth it?

70 mph .................
4.56, 6th gear -- 4200 rpm (top speed limited to 148.7 mph).
4.77, 6th gear -- 4400 rpm (top speed limited to 142.2 mph).
Quicker to what speed? It all depends on how many gear changes you'll need to get there and now fast or slow a shifter you are. The 4.77's will have a distinct advantage over the 4.56s in terms of acceleration, but if you negate that with a slow shift, then there's no point.
