I'd like to see a 13b rotary motor (turbo or na don't care) swapped into an S. If the 2jz can be done I'm sure that can. I saw it in a 350z online once and a vid of it being dynoed. I know they are really tricky motors but i've always had a soft spot for the rx7.
lol, that would be an interesting swap; id love to see that.
While we're on the subject why not an RB26DETT?
and i feel you on the soft spot for the rx7, one day i will own an FC & an FD...Yeah that will be a while...
PS: LMFAO at the 2JZ w/ NAS picture. I was crying when I saw that the first time.

Does anybody have actual wieght numbers of the 2jz to compare with a f20 or f22? Im sure the 2jz is somewhat heavier but a Supercharger or complete turbo setup also adds some wieght to the s2000's front end.
ALL in all, I love this idea.

I'd imagine they had to stiffen the chassis up front where they cut that bar...still, one of the coolest engine swaps into this car that I could think of...
power per pound, it doesn't get much better than the 2jz...

to the above poster; if a 2JZ fits, then an RB26 will more than likely fit.
also someone mentioned a 9k redline for a Supra motor; i've seen one that revs to 10k rpms (not in a full blown race car either; supra was driving on the street).
and a 13B would not be a good idea for an engine swap. a lot of FD guys switch to something other than the 13B due to reliability.

An LS1 swap would be interesting.
