I got my radio door about a week ago from Mita.

Not sure where people are seeing $500 now for the radio door. Ebay has a few listed for $350 which is still to much but not $500. Honda really should have taken preorders or something so they could produce enough. Or do another run for the US market.

Yea I'm not really getting why Honda released these parts specifically for the JDM market only.....Given the sheer numbers of S2000s that got imported to the US and their popularity over here you'd have thought it would've been an excellent way to capitalize....Japan seems to be very nationalistic in a sense that they keep the best and coolest bits for themselves.

Well thats nothing new sadly. I understand limiting the bigger stuff like the bumper but small items like the radio doors, floor mats etc it seems like they are missing out on a large market. Maybe there is something weird with the dealership model in the US or with importing these small parts that make it not worth it. No idea.

I’m super late to the party. I cannot get over what the radio door is going for on eBay now. Mita has a waitlist so I signed up on there but I don’t expect them to get anymore in. Did anybody order the bumper from them? I’d really like to get one even if it means I’ll need to modify my ap1 to get it to fit. A real shame US dealers could not place orders for these unique 20th parts.
