You can bend the spring to add more tension. Use some needlenose pliers to add a few more degrees of angle to the spring.

I like the darker color. It looks nice in the '04-'05, but when sunlight hits it, it's like a freaking mirror. I can see why Honda darkened it.

 

How much are people getting the 06 radio door for? I called up two dealers and one said $34 the other said $40.

 

I had the same problem. It went away after I changed out my 03 radio door to and 04. It might have been due to the fact that I took out the spring, finagled it, and put it back in. The spring took forever to put back in properly. it kept wanting to jump out of place.

 

Just wondering what people were paying for an 04 or an 06 radio door, and where they got it.
