Default 2005 S2000 Changes

Well my search brought in no information on this. I am going to order a S2000 since nobody locally has what I want. I am wondering if the changes for 2005 have been listed yet and what they are, to see if it'll be worth it to order one. Thanks for any help, the sooner the better because I'd like to order in the next day or two.

Good luck, because you're not getting going to get the information in the next day or two. The first rumors will probably start coming up Mid August/Early September and they won't subside until Honda itself says what it's going to change, if anything.

my guess is not much in the way of changes since 2004 was a model "overhaul"

I wouldn't expect any changes for 2005.

Are there any small problems with the 04 model that may be fixed in the upcoming year model?

The only thing that annoys me occassionally is shifting into 1st when the car is cold. The problem more or less goes away once it's warm. If they could fix this minor complaint, I think the drivetrain would be heaven...It's pretty much heaven now. :-)

I just bought an 04 this weekend and was in and out of about 8 dealerships on Friday and Saturday. I asked at every one and if there is anything changing the dealers have no clue about it.

Honda is going to treat the S2000 like they did the Integra. 8 years is going to be magic number for the S2000. Mark my words.
