I'd shoot for $20k. A quick look at the dipstick or a peak in the oil cap cavity will tell you what the oil looks like. Taking off the radiator cap (while having set for a period, note pressure if not) will tell you what the coolant looks like. Do same with brake and clutch reservoirs. Passed that I'd say you are probably good. I'd give it one good look over, as previously mentioned especially the rims. Looks like s solid opportunity.

I don't believe it's the same as a six year old car. It's a brand new car of which im sure 98% is probably fine if it was protected from weather.

The oil anong with all other fluids were changed. Look at the last page of the carfax I linked. it was done on 12/4/12

As promised the sale.
The car had several bidders and sold for $19,500 plus 10% buyers premium for a total of $21,450. This does not include sales tax.

Thanks to all who helped educate me on this fine car. I am impressed with it.
And no I didn't buy it.
