I'd shoot for $20k. A quick look at the dipstick or a peak in the oil cap cavity will tell you what the oil looks like. Taking off the radiator cap (while having set for a period, note pressure if not) will tell you what the coolant looks like. Do same with brake and clutch reservoirs. Passed that I'd say you are probably good. I'd give it one good look over, as previously mentioned especially the rims. Looks like s solid opportunity.
I don't believe it's the same as a six year old car. It's a brand new car of which im sure 98% is probably fine if it was protected from weather.

As promised the sale.
