Just wondering, I'm going to have to replace my tail lights due to an accident and was wondering if 05 tail lights would work. I'm sure they woudl fit, but do all the wires and bulbs fit?

They arent a direct fit - you will need to cut out a part of the metal area for the bulb housings to fit properly.

Do you know if anyone have converted their 2000 - 2003 Tail lights to 2004-2005 tail lights? Is is possible to convert?

It has been done before. www.hardtopguy.com has a retro fit kit you can buy that includes the tail lights and all the other parts you will need to make this work. I beleive there is some other modification (cutting) that has to be done to the structure of the housing to make this mod work.
