Default 2003 - Price

Is $300.00 under sticker price a good deal?? or should I keep shopping - some dealers in my area wanted $3000.00 above MSRP.

if you can get an 03 for msrp or under, you should jump on it like oprah on a bucket of kfc.

This seems to be the best price I can get ($300.00 under MSRP) without having to go out of my area (100 miles). Any suggestions on ordering - I think I will write in contract that I will be notified upon delivery so I can see it in plastic and then just stay the day with it till it is delivered.

If you pre order now,and with 03's coming out in mid October,I'd say you'd be one of the first guys on the block to own a new S.

Unless there is something special about the '03 that you have to have - the '02 can probably be had for $300 over invoice if you looked in the right places...

I may be wrong but it appears to me the smart buyer will soon realize paying anything over MSRP is a thing of the past.

At this point it seems to me worth the wait as 2003 are just around the corner and it is $300.00 under MSRP, 2002 are alrady a or almost a year old.

Remember what people were paying for the Miata when it first hit the market?...I remember people selling them for six to ten grand over sticker.

Are there any changes to the car from 2002 to 2003? They have afew changes from 2001 to 2002. Which I think were leather on the shift knob, rear window made of glass in the top, tweeters in the doors and an availble hard top (avail. MID 2001). And, some new colors. Anything I missed?
