Is 2003 the last year for the S2000

Everyone was new at one time. Every sales person and many mechanics I've encountered knew limited about the s2000. Just like in sales, they make up information because they have no clue and assume you have no clue either.
The s2000 is a limited production sports car. I would be amazed if they ceased production next year.
Your best source of information is this message board. The time I spent on here before I purchased my car saved me thousands. These guys know what they're talking about because the love of the car is so great on this web site.

Overall with your question: Doubtful, ask the salesman where the gas door release is, if they don't know, walk out. Everyone I've encountered didn't.

...they're just mad cause they got HAD the same way. Everybodies S2000 here is "the last one made". Welcome to the club, bend over the table just like everyone else has.
