Thumbs up 2002 for $10,000 with 85K on it good deal?

My friend is about to buy this I think. Maybe tomorrow.
It is a 2002 black on black with 85K miles on it. 2 owners. All maintenance records etc.
Top is in perfect condition.
1 seat has wear marks.
Drives really nice and feels perfect in driving department. Body looks good. No dents that I could see.
Selling for $10,000 so seems like a good deal to me.
What do you think?

Accident I think was just passenger fender and headlight.
All stock everything.

Price is 100% firm on it. I drove it and it drove perfect from what I could tell. Accident seemed to be a very slight sideswipe which just scraped it up. All replaced with new parts. Paint matches real nice it looks like.

Price is actually. $9,900 so little less haha.

Most other for that price range seem to be 00, or 01's and have a good bit more miles. 85K is nothing for a Honda. '02 has some nice upgrades and the top being perfect is a big plus I think.

I say, jump on it. I paid $7500 for mine and the exterior was pretty beat up on it, however the motor was fine.

Yeah I have one already just helping my friend out.
He's selling his 06 Mustang GT to get one. Obviously with cash left over.

I assume you're looking at this one? If you are, I'd steer clear of it.

Just me personally, an accident is an accident. I'm also looking for a freind as well.

I was looking at these earlier ,but my buddy doesn't want silverstone:

ah yea, was just a quick search...

the first one was a little fishy with the CR in the title lol. Didn't notice the rebuild on the second one, good call
