2000 ap1 a classic now?
Guys i just dont have time for my 2000 ap1 with 27,000 miles on it. I put it forsale and have a buyer interested i just checked the kbb on it and the price shot up to $21,000 private party and $24,000 dealer sale. Is this now a classic car after the 13 year period? Im having second thoughts on selling this now since its basically new, non modded besides a nice new stero inside. Should i keep this? Do you think the value will rise?

KBB is unreasonable for market research.
NADA values are more in line with local values that you'd be expected to pay for used cars in my experience.
Either way, the S2000 is far from a classic. It is just an enthusiasts car.
Keep it if you love driving it. Sell it and let someone enjoy it if you don't.

I originally purchased it with thoughts of keeping it for years and using it as a weekend car. Figured the values would keep rising. Prob just keep her in the garage even though shes not getting much use.

I love the S2000 a lot, but I wouldn't call it a classic yet since it isn't old enough. You know what I *would* call classic? How you have managed to promote your FS thread with this thread. Now that's classic advertising if I ever saw it. Lol!

Personally I would say yes it's a classic. A) because the S2000 isn't made anymore and B) because yours in particular has very low miles
Please keep it man!!! You will regret getting rid of it, if you decide to do that.
