Are 19" rims too big?

I was looking into purchasing 19" Leon Hardiritt Kloster rims for my car. The specs are as follows:
Front:
19X8 40mm offset with 235/35/19 toyo tires
Rear:
19X9 50mm offset with 265/30/19 toyo tires
I'm not planning on lowering my car so for all you "Offset GURU's", will this setup work without rubbing or any other problems???

i might be wrong... but i think you can mainly go up 2 inches in size from stock... but THREE... that's pushin' it...
you might have some fender rolling to do... NOT SURE THOUGH...

no expert, but those fronts are going to be rubbing by a good 1/2" and the rears will rub by no less than 1/4" with those tires.

19's are cool, just not in those offsets/widths

Although everyone has their own opinions or beliefs, let me share our experience with 19's:
Our yellow car has been driven to all the shows we have attended this year. The 40mm offest front setup has not rubbed and bear in mind, we are running a 7mm spacer to clear the Brembo big brakes. This in turn brings the offset to 33mm on an aggressively lowered car.
The rear 50mm offset wheels does require modification to the fender well. We are running a very aggressive tire size, 265/30/19, and after the modifications have experienced no rubbing whatsoever.
We have done 18X10 Kinesis wheels on a silver S2000 with 285/30/18 tires with the same fender modifications with no problems.
Although there is plenty of speculation out there, we have experimented with a lot of different rim/tire combos and know what works and what doesnt.
Both cars had custom ordered wheels with offsets that we specified.
For those that want to see in person, the yellow car will be at Fall Colors.
